Bethesda offered a sneak peek trailer of Fallout 4 yesterday, giving the world confirmation that the much anticipated 3rd entry (Bethesda’s 3rd Fallout title) into the series does in fact exist. It has been confirmed that Fallout 4 will be available on the following platforms:
The story looks to take place in Boston (The Commonwealth) after viewing the in-game trailer. If your paying attention during the video you can see the Bunker Hill Monument and the Massachusetts State House. Don’t just take my word for it, see for yourself:
We can assume that vault 111 is where our character emerges into the post-apocalyptic chaos and the adventure begins. The in-game trailer also shows our character speaking to his canine companion, which would be a first for the Fallout series if indeed our character will speak during game play.
I can’t wait to sink a 100 hours into this game. Bethesda has had plenty of time developing this one and the next-gen hardware along with other advances in technology since the last Fallout title should provide one awesome Fallout experience.
Bethesda is hosting their own conference for the first time ever at E3 this year. One can only imagine what announcements Bethesda has in store for us at the Los Angeles convention this year. I’m probably just wishfully thinking, but a new Elder Scrolls game would just push me over the edge!
Anyone out there as excited about Fallout 4 as I am? What’s some of your favorite Fallout moments from the past?
